If a travel agency is listed as atta, you can make reservations on atta. Once you have completed the reservation process on atta, you will receive an email from atta confirming the completion of your reservation. Please check your spam folder to make sure that the email has not been sent to your spam folder.

If you cannot find the reservation confirmation email after checking your junk mail folder, please contact us.

On the other hand, for accommodation plans that clearly display the logo of a travel agency other than atta, you will be redirected to the page of the travel agency that handles that accommodation plan before making a reservation. Therefore, you should receive an e-mail from the travel agency that handled your reservation once the reservation process is complete. It may be in your spam folder.
If you cannot find the reservation completion e-mail after checking your junk e-mail folder, please contact the travel site where you made the reservation.
