“BIO (Batonship-Inn-Osaka)” is 4 accommodation lodgings of a renovated town houses operated by “Batonship”. BIO is a part of a complex called “KITANAGA”. “KITANAGA” has realized a new method for reusing Japanese town houses “長屋/Nagaya”. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please find your favorite room among the four different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip. * BIO_004 has the biggest bedroom and the biggest kitchen of the four BIOs. The kitchen is integrated with a Japanese-style TATAMI room. If you want to spend a long luxury trip with a couple or friends, 004 is the most suitable room in the four BIOs. * Bed mattresses are 2 semi-double size (Width: 1,200 mm * Length: 1,950 mm). * It is lent to 1-2 floor. There is no elevator. * BIO's housing facilities are all exclusive. Air conditioners, a toilet (heating toilet seat), a bathroom (shower and tub), a kitchen (refrigerator, IH cooking heater, microwave oven, electric kettle), a washbasin, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a washer dryer, and a vacuum cleaner. * BIO is a private accommodation lodging. All rooms are only for the guests. * No smoking. It includes the balcony. Please contact me if you want to use an iron. * Since it is an old building, please be quiet especially at night. There is no TV. -House rule- * My accommodation BIO has renovated wooden townhouses of unknown age. Because that is a townhouse, that share a part of wall with other BIOs. Sometimes, you may hear that the neighbors speaks loudly. So, regardless of day and night, please refrain from loud conversation, telephone calls, listen to music without wearing earphones and watch movies, do parties. And, if you care very much about the noises from the neighbors, I can not recommend BIO to you. * Wooden buildings are very easy to burn. So, all rooms are non-smoking in BIO. Balcony is also non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please let me know. I'll let you know the smoking space near BIO. * Please don't drag your suitcase indoors. Please lift. Like many Japanese traditional houses, BIO's guests should live on barefoot and please feel a barefoot life on this trip. So, the floor must be kept clean at all times for every guests. BIO's floor is made of natural materials such as solid wood, Japanese-Tatami, cork tiles, and hemp. So it is easy to get scratched and dirty. * Children under 9 years old are not allowed due to the safety concerns of the guests. Exceptionally, it is possible if you carefully monitor your children. In this case, when you make a reservation, you must explain to me. * Without my permission, I prohibit guests from opening storage in the accommodation and using additional duvets, blankets and pillows. If you wish, you must email me. * I prohibit the reservation of the agent. And I prohibit anyone who is not a guest to enter BIO. Be sure that someone you actually stay with is your representative to pay and check in. * Please email me your estimated arrival time to BIO by the day before check-in date. You have to meet me because I need to explain house rules & Notes about BIO to you. * Check-in time is from 4 PM to 10 PM. Exceptionally, there are no check-out guests in the morning of the same day, you may be able to early check-in. When you arrive earlier before check-in time, I can keep your luggage at BIO reception. But, these two things impossible if you don't let me know the time you will arrive to BIO by the day before check-in date. * You may be able to self-check-in exceptionally if your check-in time is late due to a late-night flight. In this case, when you make a reservation, you must explain to me. * You don't have to meet me when you check out. Please lock the entrance door and put the room key into small key box in front of the management office by 10:00 AM to complete the checkout.
