The Lodge A304 is a wonderful two bedroom, two bathroom third floor condominium that has been lovingly remodeled. The living area features hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings to allow plenty of natural light during the day. There is a gas fireplace and the entire home is touched with a hint of local and western decor to make you feel at home in the mountains. The dining area has seating for six and there is a breakfast bar off of the kitchen area with bar stools for four. The kitchen provides all the means to prepare gourmet meals away from home; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the cherry cabinets enhance the character of this splendid interior. The private balcony is accessible through a sliding glass door in the living room as well as the master bedroom, and has a table and seats to take in the views. This home has three flat screen TVs, a DVD player and complimentary high speed WiFi. This is a third floor unit just upstairs from the hot tubs and next door to the heated pool. its one of the closest units in terms of walking distance to the gondola/base area, grocery store and restaurants. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional bedding, and a second bathroom off of the kitchen area. The Lodge at Steamboat is located a block from the base of the Steamboat Ski area. The property has an on-site front desk and clubhouse, 4 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking and free WiFi. There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around town. The property also has pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request. Please note: Pets area not permitted at the Lodge at Steamboat. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking Notes: Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Vehicle registration is required at check in and a parking pass will be issued. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
