Permit Number: 00757 The Space: Our 1st floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has been recently renovated and refurbished to meet all of your travel wants and needs. Located just steps away from popular Charleston eateries and markets such as Cannon Green, Five Loaves Café, The Veggie Bin, and The Warehouse, guests can enjoy the convenience of being centrally located while having a large, private space to come home to. Our historic downtown Charleston home has a large open layout with a modern traditional design boasting high ceilings with exposed beams, beautiful large windows, hardwood flooring, and original fireplaces. The property features: A large porch with seating. Here you will find an outdoor sofa, two match outdoor club chairs, and an outdoor coffee table making it the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather. A spacious living room. Upon arrival, guests enter through the 1st floor private entrance off the front porch, through a beautifully decorated entryway and into the spacious living room area. Our living room features, a large charcoal grey couch, two matching club chairs, a modern style coffee table beneath an eye-catching chandelier hanging from the high ceilings. Here you will also find a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above a gorgeous fireplace. A fully-equipped kitchen. Open to the living room area, our kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of places to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Our kitchen features stone countertops, bar seating, cookware, plenty of cabinet storage/space and brand new appliances including an oven/stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker. Guests can also enjoy a meal around the dining table surrounded by 4 wicker dining chairs. Here you will also find a utility closet with a stacked washer/dryer. Two Bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the front side of the house and features a plush king sized bed, a large 3-seater couch, two bedside tables with lamps, a closet, a large wall mirror, a dresser, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is located just off the living room area and features a king sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, a wardrobe/dresser, full length mirrors, a luggage rack, and a ceiling fan. One bathroom. The spacious bathroom is located off the entryway between the two bedrooms and features brand new stone countertops, stone flooring, fixtures, and a large glass shower with a rain showerhead. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include the Coquin Petite Cafe, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
