May 1 - Nov 30 drive up access on two track woods road; Dec 1 - April 30, snowshoe or ski 1/2 mile in. Sleeps 2-3 with king bed and couch (bring cots or tent in the summer for 2-4 more), table and two chairs, solar powered lights and outlet, propane cook stove, propane heater, wood stove, and private changing room with composting toilet. Rain barrel and solar shower bag for summer use, as well as an outdoor enclosed fire pit on legs. Rustic means no running water; bring your own drinking water and food with cooler, extra bedding and cookware. Showers may be available at the Ahmeek Streetcar Station for $5 per person; ask your host. In fall deer bow and crossbow hunting on 120 acres exclusive to the renters, with Michigan DNR permit in hand. No other hunting allowed on the property, and NO GUNS allowed on the property at any time.
